Decisive Blow in Balochistan: Major Setback to Indian-Sponsored ‘Fitna al-Hindustan’

Pakistani security forces have delivered a significant blow to militant networks in Balochistan, neutralizing at least 32 terrorists linked to “Fitna al-Hindustan”, while injuring 17 others and capturing 11 alive in fresh intelligence-based operations.

The coordinated actions spanned multiple districts including Panjgur, Kharan, Kalat, Mastung, Turbat, and Quetta. In Panjgur, a key militant commander identified as Nazir alias Chakar and seven of his associates were eliminated. In Kharan, a precision drone strike destroyed a militant vehicle, killing four terrorists on the spot.

Security sources said the operations disrupted militant networks following recent attempts by the group to launch coordinated attacks on security posts and civilian infrastructure, including a failed bid to target a gas pipeline. All such attempts were reportedly repelled with swift responses, forcing attackers to flee.

Interrogation of captured militants allegedly revealed that they were infiltrated into Pakistan via launch pads in Afghanistan’s Kunar and Kandahar regions. Pakistani authorities have long accused external forces, particularly India, of backing Baloch insurgent groups such as factions of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) to destabilize the province and sabotage projects like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Advanced weapons of American origin were also reportedly recovered from trucks seized in areas like Washuk and Kalat, further fueling claims of foreign sponsorship. India has consistently denied any involvement in Balochistan’s unrest.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) and aligned accounts have hailed the operations as proof of the state’s resolve: “Anyone standing in the way of Balochistan’s progress will be dealt with decisively.” Follow-up clearance and sanitization efforts are said to be continuing across affected areas.
