BNP Invites 13 Countries Including Pakistan and India to Tarique Rahman’s Oath-Taking Ceremony

According to sources from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), following a tremendous success in the elections, invitations have been sent to 13 countries, including Pakistan and India, to attend the oath-taking ceremony of the likely Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
These include all SAARC member countries,, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, Bhutan, along with China, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Malaysia, and Brunei.
The BNP states that Bangladesh’s policy will now be “friendship with all, enmity with none.”
According to sources, the oath-taking ceremony is expected to take place on February 17 at the National Parliament’s Bangabhaban, where President Mohammed Shahabuddin will administer the oath.
