Port monitoring authorities confirmed that the oil tanker MT Khairpur is transporting approximately 55,000 metric tons of motor gasoline (Mogas) for domestic consumption. The cargo belongs to Pakistan State Oil (PSO), the country’s largest state-owned fuel supplier.

Officials stated that the vessel departed from Sohar, Oman, and is scheduled to berth at the FOTCO Terminal upon arrival.
A port official said, “An oil tanker carrying 55,000 metric tons of automotive gasoline (Mogas) for local consumption is scheduled to arrive at Port Qasim.”
