Parliamentary delegation leaves for China today

A high-level parliamentary delegation led by Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will undertake a three-day visit to China from today.

The visit is being made at the special invitation of the Chairman of the National People’s Congress of China Zhao Leji.

It coincides with the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.

Both countries have agreed to commemorate the anniversary in a befitting and meaningful manner by organizing a series of joint events throughout the year.

During the visit, the parliamentary delegation will hold meetings with senior parliamentary and political leaders of China.
