PM Shehbaz Sharif Expected to Visit Saudi Arabia This Weekend

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to undertake a two-day official visit to Saudi Arabia at the end of this week, sources said on Wednesday.
According to reports, the prime minister is likely to depart for the Kingdom on August 6 or 7. During the visit, he is scheduled to hold talks with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
The discussions are expected to focus on strengthening Pakistan-Saudi bilateral relations and reviewing the regional situation.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share longstanding strategic, economic and fraternal ties.
Sources indicated that preparations for the visit are underway.
