RSS Office in Ranchi Attacked with Petrol Bombs

India: Unidentified assailants targeted an office of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in the Nivaranpur area of Ranchi by hurling petrol bombs late on Tuesday night.
According to police, the incident occurred around 12:38 AM when two youths arrived in a car and threw the petrol bombs at the premises. CCTV footage captured the entire sequence of the attack. One of the bombs exploded, but no injuries were reported and the damage to the building was minimal.
Security forces and police teams rushed to the spot immediately after the incident. Investigators have collected evidence from the site and are scanning the CCTV footage to identify the suspects. No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
This is the latest in a series of attacks on RSS offices in different parts of the country in recent years. Ranchi police have registered a case and launched a probe from all possible angles. Searches for the culprits are underway.
